Our family-run company, now in its second generation, was founded in 2000, employs 50 people and is based in Seon AG.<\/p>\n<p>We offer our international customers from all demanding industrial sectors a comprehensive range of quality products, rounded off by competent advice and fast, reliable and individual service. The distribution is carried out by independent, experienced sales organizations. (Tschui-Mechanik) are merged in the new company building in Seon.The product range is extended by the new extruder line.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2008<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The new HMI extruder line is introduced.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2014<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Three-Tec employs 16 people and produces about 200 units per year. Of these, 70 % are custom-made and the majority are used in the food or pharmaceutical industry.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2016<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The production capacity is doubled.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2017<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>20 employees are employed at Three-Tec.The capacity of the automation and electrical department is expanded and the programming is now completely implemented in-house.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2018<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Three-Tec employs 25 people.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2020<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Heinz Wipf hands over the management to his son, Mike Wipf, who has been with the company since 2004, most recently as deputy managing director. The greases and lubricants used are certified according to NSF-H1. At the customer's request, we document all FDA-relevant parts used and compile a clear list with the corresponding FDA certificates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parts in contact with the product:<br \/><\/strong>Stainless steel, Pharma Grade 1.4404 (AISI 316L) or according to customer specification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seals:<\/strong><br \/>PTFE, silicone, all seals are FDA-compliant in accordance with standard CFR 21 177-2600 and Regulation EC 1935\/2004.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Surface treatment:<\/strong><br \/>Different surface treatments are carried out according to customer requirements.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>GMP<\/h5>\n\t\t\t<p>Production is carried out in accordance with GMP guidelines including documentation for factory acceptance testing (FAT), customer acceptance testing (SAT), installation qualification (IQ) and operation qualification (OQ).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>IP protection class<\/h5>\n\t\t\t<p>As standard, our devices are protected according to IP 54: Protection against dust in damaging quantity as well as protection against splash water from all sides.<br \/>We can offer higher protection classes on request.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>Material certificates EN 10204<\/h5>\n\t\t\t<p>For all stainless steel parts in contact with the product, test certificates can be issued according to customer requirements. You can choose between the works certificate 2.1, the tool certificate 2.2 or the acceptance test certificates 3.1.
