Three-Tec specializes in the development and production of dosing systems, extruders and process equipment for process engineering. We mainly carry out customer-specific orders and are a young, motivated team. We work with flat hierarchies and a flexible organization. Our development and design department creates new solutions for our customers and we demonstrate our capabilities to customers in our two test laboratories. We manufacture workpieces for our own products in our workshop. In assembly, these components are assembled into finished machines and systems and tested. Our automation department builds control cabinets and programs the systems. This is followed by commissioning at our customers around the world.

Your main activities:
- Receiving and processing inquiries
- Technical advice and clarification of requirements with customers
- Preparation of quotations and active support in the sales process: carrying out calculations, order confirmations, etc.
- Independent processing and supervision of orders as project manager
- Acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as purchasing, AVOR, design and automation
Your secondary activities:
- Collaboration on tests & trials in the in-house test laboratory incl. customer support
- Participation in trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences at home and abroad
- Commissioning and training for customers at home and abroad
- Supporting marketing by providing specialist content
Your profile:
- Basic technical training
- Several years of professional experience in sales
- Experience as a project manager or willingness to undergo further training
- Further training at HF / FH level (BSc) an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Structured and methodical approach with a reliable and independent way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a team-oriented, communicative and friendly manner
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
