Chill Roll
The cooling roller is suitable for the efficient and continuous cooling of extrudates from approx. 3kg/h to approx. 100kg/h.
Film roller
The film roller from Three-Tec enables the calibration of flat, dry extrudates. Furthermore, round extrudates can also be rolled out to a film with defined thickness.
Rewinder
Three-Tec's rewinder is suitable for winding the extrudate onto a spool.
Side feeding device
Side feeders are used for the forced feeding of powders and granulates into an extruder.
Stuffing feeding device
Stuffing feeders are used for the reliable feeding of very poorly metered or very cohesive and very light products into an extruder.
Cooling bath
A cooling bath can be used to cool the extrudate before cutting or other processes. Cooling baths are available in lengths from 0.5 - 5 meters.
Spheronizer
The Spheronizer is equipped with an electrically heated funnel jacket or an external temperature control unit and is available for batch quantities from 5 grams to 2 kilograms.
Cooling conveyor belt production
The cooling conveyor was developed for the gentle removal and cooling of hot products such as granulates or drops and is available in lengths of 1.5 - 5.0 meters.
Calender
Three-Tec's calender is a versatile laboratory device for the continuous production of films, tapes or tablets directly from the still hot extrudate.
