Apprenticeship Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ

We are looking for a student interested in beginning a basic commercial apprenticeship in the MEM (Mechanical, Electrical, and Metal) industry in August 2027.

Our field of activity

Three-Tec is a mechanical engineering company that develops and produces dosing systems, extruders and process equipment for process engineering. You can't imagine much about that? Don't worry, a lot of people do at first. We operate in a niche market and are successful because we can produce very specialized and complex devices.

The team, the company

We are a young, motivated team of 55 employees, including 11 apprentices. As a family-owned business now in its second generation, we care deeply about our employees and their opportunities for growth. We have grown steadily in recent years and recently moved into our new building right next to our existing one, which has allowed us to more than triple our operating space.

Apprenticeship description

You will be trained in various departments such as Purchasing, Forwarding, Administration, Sales and Accounting. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will develop and enhance interdisciplinary skills such as methodological, social and personal skills.

• A successfully completed secondary school or advanced school
• Knowledge of keyboarding and common PC programs (Microsoft)
• Enjoyment of the English language
• Enjoy working on the computer
• Technical interest
• Exact working method
• Enthusiasm and enthusiasm for the job
• Enjoy working in a team

At our company, apprentices are fully integrated into everyday working life at an early stage, take on responsibility early on and work independently. Of course, we also support the completion of the vocational baccalaureate.
