The ZE 9 extends the laboratory scale towards realistic process conditions. Thanks to the flexible configuration of screw elements, temperature profiles and dosing systems, a wide range of applications can be precisely reproduced. From classic compounds to sensitive pharmaceutical and food processes. Optional pressure measurement and automated solid or liquid dosing further increase process reliability. The split-barrel design enables fast cleaning and supports validatable processes in regulated environments.
